Policies & Studio Guidelines

I truly value every client and understand that life happens. Because I am a solo provider, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed, late, or frequently changed appointments directly impact my ability to serve other clients and maintain a balanced schedule.
These policies exist to protect the quality of care, respect everyone’s time, and keep the studio running smoothly and not to be punitive. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, last-minute cancellations often cannot be filled.
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible so another client may be accommodated.
Rescheduling Policy
Occasional rescheduling is completely understandable.
However, frequent rescheduling may result in:

Required prepayment for future appointments

Limited access to prime appointment times
This helps ensure fairness to all clients seeking availability.
Deposits & Prepayment
Some services may require:

A deposit, or
-
Full prepayment to reserve the appointment
Deposits are applied toward your service total unless otherwise stated. Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation, no-show, or repeated rescheduling.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment so you can receive the full quality of service you booked.
If you are a new client, receiving a new service, or scheduled for permanent makeup, consent forms may be sent to you ahead of time. Arriving a few minutes early allows time to complete any remaining forms and get settled without cutting into your treatment time.
Please also plan to use the restroom before your scheduled appointment time when possible. For shorter services, even a few minutes can significantly impact the quality of your treatment. For example, arriving just 5 minutes late to a 15-minute service may make it impossible to complete the treatment, and rescheduling may be necessary upon arrival.
Because appointments are carefully timed:

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, or

Rescheduling if there is not enough time to perform the service safely and properly
This policy exists to protect your results, your safety, and the experience of every client scheduled that day. I appreciate your understanding and planning ahead so your visit is smooth and stress-free.
No-Show Policy
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. When life gets in the way and you communicate with me, I always appreciate the courtesy of an explanation and do my best to be understanding.
A no-call (prior to your appoinment), no-show, however, leaves reserved time completely unused and prevents another client from being seen.
Because of this:

A no-show may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total

Future booking access may be paused until the no-show fee is resolved
This policy is not meant to be punitive, and it’s not something I enjoy enforcing. It exists to protect the time reserved for each client and to ensure fairness for those waiting to book.
If something unexpected comes up, communication goes a long way. Thank you for respecting my time and the care I put into every appointment.
Children & Guests Policy
To maintain a calm, safe, and focused environment:

Children and additional guests may not permitted unless they are the scheduled client-unless you've reached out and gained permission prior to the appointment

Minors receiving services must have a parent or legal guardian present for consent
This policy ensures safety, relaxation, and uninterrupted care.
Illness Policy
Please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing:

Fever
-
Flu-like symptoms

Contagious illness
-
Active infections or rashes in the treatment area
If you are unwell, rescheduling is appreciated to protect the health of all clients.
Contraindications
Certain services may not be appropriate if you have:

Active skin infections or open wounds

Recent cosmetic procedures that contraindicate treatment

Medical conditions that affect healing or safety
A consultation is always performed, and services may be modified or declined if treatment is not safe or appropriate.
