All transactions are processed through a secure Square system for your protection and convenience.

Monthly Payment & Financing Options

 

Some services, such as permanent makeup, microneedling series, or bundled treatment packages, are a larger investment. To make these services more accessible, we offer multiple financing options.

In-House Monthly Payment Plans

 

Select services may be divided into simple monthly payments.

  • Available for certain service packages, treatment series, and permanent makeup annual touch-ups

  • Payments are automatically processed on a set schedule using your card on file

  • Gratuity is included, if you'd like, so there are no surprises

These plans are designed to be straightforward and worry-free.

Cherry Financing

 

Cherry allows you to break your total into manageable monthly payments while receiving your service right away.

  • One-minute application with instant decision

  • No hard credit check

  • Flexible payment terms ranging from 3 to 18 months

HSA & FSA Payments

 

Clients with a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account may be able to use those funds for certain medically necessary skin treatments.

Examples may include microneedling for scar revision or post-trauma skin care.

Requirements include:

  • A Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician

  • Submission of an itemized receipt for reimbursement

Please note that cosmetic and relaxation-based services such as facials, permanent makeup, massage chair sessions, and beauty enhancements are not eligible for HSA or FSA use.

A Quick Note About Financing

 

To keep appointments running smoothly, all Cherry or Synchrony financing applications must be completed and approved before your scheduled appointment time.

Applications typically take under one minute and provide instant decisions. Having your approval ready allows your appointment to begin on time and keeps the day running smoothly for all clients.

Can I make monthly payments for permanent makeup or skincare services?

Yes. Many services are eligible for in-house payment plans or Cherry financing. We are happy to help you choose the option that fits your budget best.

How does Cherry Financing work?

Cherry allows you to split your total into smaller monthly payments with a quick application and instant decision. Applying does not affect your credit score. To apply, click here.

Is gratuity included in payment plans or subscriptions?

It's up to you. Many opt to include gratuity in in-house plans so your payments stay simple and predictable.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment does not process, we will contact you to update your billing information. Services or plans may be temporarily paused until the account is current. Our goal is always to resolve things easily and respectfully.

Can I pay off my balance early?

Yes. You may pay off your balance at any time with no penalties or additional fees.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Possibly, with a valid Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor. We can provide an itemized receipt for reimbursement. Cosmetic services are not eligible.
